Happy Friday! Today in the What Caught My Eye series, we’re taking a trip over to Urban Outfitters!

Did you know that Urban Outfitters has a whole section dedicated to all-things-home? They have a unique collection of furniture, rugs, lighting, and other pieces of home decor that’s decidedly eclectic, but it’s not so out there in a way that makes you wonder if it will work in your “normal” home (at least the vast majority of it isn’t!). There are certainly exceptions, but as you take a look through the pieces I’ve rounded up, you’ll see what I mean.

I’ve browsed their home department a lot over the years and it keeps getting better and better. Even if you aren’t a fan of their clothing, I’d encourage you to take a spin through the home section - you might be surprised at what you find. They have some really awesome furniture and decor pieces that you aren’t likely to see in other places, which gives you an opportunity to grab something not everybody has! (Ahem…I’m looking at you Target! I still love you though, don’t worry.) There’s nothing wrong with shopping in well-known spots, but I do appreciate when opportunities present themselves to add unique finds to your home too.

Another thing I like about Urban Outfitters is that pretty much everything in their home collection is really reasonably priced, yet tends to have a unique flare - that combo can be hard to find sometimes!

Now let’s take a look at what caught my eye. Below each image you’ll find links to my favorite products. You can also scroll down to the very bottom of the post to an area that has individual clickable images that will take you right to the item on the Urban Outfitters website. (If you’re on a feed reader or in your email, you’ll need to head to the full site to access that feature.)

Urban Outfitters Living Room Favorites

Urban Outfitters is one of my favorite places to shop for quirky, mid-century, and eclectic furniture and decor, and I’ve rounded up a bunch of my favorites for your living room to share with you! // #designerfinds #interiordesign #decor #eclecticde…

White & Wood Task Lamp | Candles | Woven Cane Storage Cabinet | Pink Multi Medallion Rug | Macrame Storage Baskets | Gray Hide Accent Chair | Faux Fiddle Leaf Fig Tree | Black Tassel Pillow | Brass & Velvet Stool | Teal Table Lamp | Blush Lumbar Pillow | “Coastline” Art Print | Mint Petite Sofa | Woven Storage Ottoman | Gold Bent Wall Planter

Let’s chat about a few of these pieces individually. It was hard to choose just a few this time since I really do love every item you see here!

  • Gold Bent Wall Planter: This planter is just one of many amazing planters they have. Whether you’re into wall planters, hanging planters, or standing planters, UO has you covered. I can see hanging a bunch of these together on a wall (at $18 a piece, you can definitely afford to buy multiples!) to create a big statement.

  • Mint Petite Sofa: Though it’s definitely not the sofa you’ll want to lounge on every day, this smaller-scale sofa would be perfect at the foot of a bed, in a formal living room, or even as a dining bench. Don’t you love those little rolled arms? It comes in several colors as well.

  • Woven Cane Storage Cabinet: I’ve had my eye on this cabinet for a long time. It’s a part of a collection and every single piece is fantastic. You can use this one as a wardrobe (it has a hanging bar inside), a bar cabinet, or simply as extra storage wherever you need it. I like that it has spans a few different styles - coastal, boho, and transitional to name a few.

  • Pink Multi Medallion Rug: UO has really stepped up their rug game in the past year and I love this vintage-style one. It’s polyester (kid and mess-friendly!), but it looks higher end because of the fringed edge, which is a nice touch.

Urban Outfitters Bedroom Favorites

Urban Outfitters is one of my favorite places to shop for quirky, mid-century, and eclectic furniture and decor, and I’ve rounded up a bunch of my favorites for your living room to share with you! // #designerfinds #interiordesign #decor #eclecticde…

Rattan Dresser | Orange & Blue Vintage Style Rug | Mid-Century Footed Planter | Woven Bamboo Basket | Copper Round Captain’s Mirror | Wood Daybed | Black Plug In Wall Sconce | Tufted Tribal Bolster Pillow | Woven Windsor Bed | Quilted Fringe Comforter | Blue Pillow Shams | Pink Floral Pillow Shams | “Jungle Sloth” Art Print |

Here are some notes about a few of these pieces:

  • Woven Windsor Bed: Now this is a statement bed. I can definitely see it in a modern coastal or California eclectic style home. The curved edges and mid-century style legs are calling my name. I’d keep the linens simple and let the bed be the star here.

  • Black Plug In Wall Sconce: UO has SO many good sconces right now and most - if not all - are plug-in, so they’re totally renter-friendly or perfect for the homeowner who doesn’t want to add new electrical boxes to their walls. AND, they’re super affordable. Win win.

  • Rattan Dresser: I think this storage piece would be great in a bedroom, but it would also work really well in an entryway or living room. It has a vintage feel to me too, which can bring in some nice character to a space if the majority of your pieces are new.

  • Wood Daybed: This is one of my favorite daybeds ever. The base and cushion are sold separately, so you can mix and match depending on the style and color you need. Urban Outfitters releases different versions of the cushion pretty regularly too, so if you ever want to switch it up, you can!

So tell me, have you shopped Urban Outfitters for your home before? Do you have any favorite pieces from this round up or from your own shopping?

Have a great weekend, y’all!
