Happy Friday! Today in the What Caught My Eye series, we’re headed to explore Pottery Barn’s new Modern Baby collection!

With our little one arriving in a couple of months, I’ve definitely got nurseries on the brain! My style leans more modern and clean, so when I heard about Pottery Barn’s new Modern Baby line, I was pumped to see what they had to offer. They created some of their own modern nursery furniture and decor, and they also collaborated with their sister brand, West Elm for some of it. The result? A pretty snazzy lineup if I do say so myself!

I rounded up a bunch of favorites from the collection for today - scroll on down to see ‘em! If you or someone you know who loves modern furniture and decor is expecting, you’ll definitely want to check out the whole collection.

Now let’s take a look at what caught my eye. Below, you’ll find a graphic with links to each piece of furniture and home decor. You can also browse using the slider of images that you’ll find at the bottom. (If you’re on a feed reader or in your email, you’ll need to head to the full site to access that feature.)

Pottery Barn Modern Baby Furniture and Decor Favorites

Have you seen Pottery Barn’s new Modern Baby collection? They’ve got an amazing selection of modern baby furniture like cribs and dressers, as well as plenty of decor to go with it. Some of the pieces are in collaboration with West Elm, their sister brand. I’m loving what I’m seeing!

Black + Wood Crib | Modern White + Wood Dresser | Gray Owl Baby Blanket | Birch Dresser w/ Leather Pulls | Modern Rocking Chair | Hex Ottoman | Jersey Space Dye Crib Sheets | Zig Zag Rug | Abstract Wall Art | Woven Pom Pom Baskets | Mid-Century Geo Wallpaper | Modern Navy Sconce | I Love You Art Print | Brass Circles Mobile | Modern Two-Tone Toy Chest

Let’s chat about a few of these pieces in detail. I’ll give you a little bit of color on why I picked some of them out!

  • Modern Rocking Chair: I’ve been debating going rocker or glider for our nursery, and seeing a modern rocker like this (no frills here!) makes me want to go the rocker direction. This one comes in a ton of different fabric options and is pretty reasonably priced!

  • Black + Wood Crib: On the hunt for a striking crib? This black and light-toned wood combo is definitely that! The contrast is really lovely, but it’s still neutral, so it would go with a lot of other colors or decor. This particular crib also comes in white and wood too if you like the lines, but want something a little less bold.

  • Jersey Space Dye Crib Sheets: I think I’d happily take any one of the crib sheets in this new collection, including these! They definitely don’t scream “baby” and I like the idea of incorporating my decorating style in the nursery. No one said you have to use pastels or have dainty little patterns on your decor in there! :)

  • Modern White + Wood Dresser: I love the idea of using a dresser and changing table topper combo so that the dresser can grow with the babe as he/she gets older. This dresser is really fun with its geometric pattern etched into the drawer fronts. It could fit in with a modern or glam nursery really well.
