The Fine Print
Design Chat is available Monday through Friday from 9am-3pm EST. Any texts received after hours will be answered the next day. During the sign up process, you’ll have the option to select a start day. Selected day may not be guaranteed and will be confirmed by Chaney. You’ll receive a confirmation text within two hours during business hours, or the next day if after hours.
Design Chat is a consultation service only and all recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes. Affiliate links may be included in the client's final shopping list. This means Mix & Match Design Company LLC earns a small commission from the client's purchase at no additional cost to them (i.e. no markup).
