Happy Friday, my friends! It’s Friday, which means it’s time for the next installment What Caught My Eye! Today I’m covering another retailer that I use a ton with my e-design clients and happen to love personally as well - West Elm!

Have y’all been enjoying this series so far this year? I hope so! I’m loving putting it together each week. Window shopping is one of my favorite activities, plus it gives me lots of ideas for clients and my own home!

They’re known for their mid-century and modern style, but they’ve got quite a variety of other styles mixed in as well. Think industrial, vintage, and a little bit of polished glam. West Elm has pieces for pretty much every space in your home - from living room furniture all the way down to the dishes you put on your dining table. I grabbed a variety of pieces from different categories for today’s post to show you a good selection of what they’ve got right now.

West Elm is also having some seriously good sales right now. The vast majority of my picks are included in that! So be sure to shop ASAP if something catches your eye today so you don’t miss it. Some of the furniture and decor are 40% off!

So! With that preamble complete, let’s jump into my picks for this week’s What Caught My Eye!

Below the graphic you’ll see links to each piece from the list. You’ll also see a slider of clickable images that will take you right to the item on the West Elm website. (If you’re on a feed reader or in your email, you’ll need to head to the full site to access that feature.)

Favorite Furniture and Home Decor From West Elm

A roundup of the furniture and decor that caught my eye recently at West Elm. If you're looking for recommendations for mid-century modern, industrial, and steamlined items for your home, be sure to check out this blog post for the sources and tips …

Mid-Century Marble + Wood Side Table | Rounded Modern Blue Accent Chair | Blue Vintage-Style Persian Rug | Light Wood + Gray Modern Nightstand | Geo Blocked Throw Pillow | Blush Linen Lumbar Pillow | Neutral Chevron Geometric Quilt | Colorblock Throw Blanket | White + Brass Modern Hanging Planter | Watercolor Plants Wall Art | Botanicals in Vase Wall Art | Shapes Extra Long Lumbar Pillow | Zig Zag Basket Hamper | Modern Brass Wall Sconce | Navy Slope Modern Barstool | Round Drum Storage Coffee Table | Brass + Walnut “C” Table

I’m guessing a few of these pieces caught your eye too, but I want to highlight a few specific ones below and share some details about them that you wouldn’t necessarily catch just by looking!

  • Mid-Century Marble + Wood Side Table: This end table is fantastic. Style-wise, it checks the boxes for classic and modern with its walnut base plus marble top. Size-wise, I love that it’s narrow and deep, which gives you room for a table lamp and leaves plenty of open surface space. That combination is actually really tough to find!

  • Neutral Chevron Geometric Quilt: Quilts and coverlets are quickly becoming some of my favorite additions to a bed. They’re lighter weight than a duvet and can act as your main top layer in the summer or an extra blanket in the winter. This particular one caught my eye because of its neutral color, but interesting stitching pattern - it’s sort of a chevron, but feels fresh, modern, and tailored.

  • White + Brass Modern Hanging Planter: Y’all know I can’t resist a good hanging planter! This one is super fun and comes in two sizes and two color schemes. The black and white is classic, but they also have a white one with a terracotta pot. Terracotta is making a big comeback right now and I’m definitely on board with that!

  • Modern Brass Wall Sconce: West Elm has a seriously good modern sconce collection right now. They’ve got both plug in and hardwired options - the one I’m showing you here is just one example! If you’re on the hunt for wall sconces for your home, stay tuned. I’m putting together a roundup of my favorite plug-in ones. No electrician or wiring necessary!

  • Shapes Extra Long Lumbar Pillow: This extra long lumbar pillow (it’s 36” in length!) is the perfect finishing touch for a bed. The colors and pattern are fun and punchy, making it a great focal point. If you hate having a ton of extra pillows on your bed, this is a great option. It’ll look polished and put together with minimal effort!

  • Round Drum Storage Coffee Table: Short on storage space? This coffee table has a removable top that has a deep compartment - perfect for blankets, kids toys, and any other little items you want out of sight, but easily accessible. Besides its storage space, what drew me to this piece was the mix of materials. Brass, warm wood, and black are a great combination that will never go out of style. (P.S. - need help picking out the right coffee table or ottoman? I’ve got you covered in this recent post!)

So, do I have any other West Elm lovers out there? Did you have any favorite pieces from this week’s roundups?

Have a great weekend, y’all!
