What is it?

Our most comprehensive virtual service to give your home a brand new look.

From a single room to a whole home, we’ll work together through e-design to create a custom design plan from the ground up. By the end of the design process, you’ll have everything you need to take the reins to purchase and install the furniture and decor on your timeline.

This service is perfect for just about any space in your home including living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, children’s bedrooms, and home offices. Have a kitchen or bathroom to design? Contact me for details on how we can work together.

Service price starts at $1,000.

What’s included:

  • Selection of furniture, decor (including wall art, mirrors, pillows, and rugs), lighting, ready-made curtains/shades, and paint color recommendations as needed for the room.

  • Life-like design board, which is a visual representation of what your space will look like with the recommended furniture and decor.

  • To-scale floor plan of the room layout.

  • Shopping list with links to the products and purchasing information.

Note: This service does not include styling (e.g. bookshelf styling), custom furniture, or custom window treatments.

How does the process work?

  1. Fill out a questionnaire. Tell me more about your project including the rooms you’d like to work on, style, budget, and more.

  2. Email Chaney photos and a floor plan (chaney@mixandmatchdesign.com).

  3. Review and approve the design proposal. I’ll prepare a draft scope of work with its associated design fee.

  4. Process the invoice and sign our contract.

  5. Start the design phase! I’ll present a visual design board and space plan through my client portal for your review and feedback.

  6. Revise the design. The flat fee includes two rounds of revisions to get it just right.

  7. Review and approve your shopping list.

  8. Close out the project with any final questions!
