Crate & Barrel* is one of those stores that pretty much has it all when it comes to outfitting your home. They've got everything from furniture to kitchen gadgets to home organization pieces - it's pretty amazing! (Raise your hand if you've registered there for your wedding, or shopped for anyone else's wedding gift there!) As a designer, I appreciate that they carry a wide range of styles including transitional, traditional, and mid-century modern. Their larger pieces (like sofas, tables, and chairs) tend to run a bit higher in price, but a lot of their decor, housewares, and accessories are very reasonable. I've included both ends of the spectrum in my Best Of round up today; for example, the gorgeous white sofa with brass legs is $3,499, while the grey bamboo totes are $19.99 for the small and $29.99 for the large. So be sure to poke around - often times, their pricing for smaller items is competitive with Target, and the quality is likely a little higher. :)

Also, I'll let you in on a little designer secret with Crate & Barrel - their throw pillows are one of the best deals going out there because they're reasonably priced and they include a down/down alternative insert! Their Linden pillows are my go-to-the-hoop-move solid pillow for clients. They go with any style and there are a bunch of colors to choose from!

Before you get to shopping these lovely pieces, I wanted to point out some details about a few of the items that you can't tell from just looking at them:

  • The white table lamp is made for the outdoors! Have you ever seen such a gorgeous piece of outdoor lighting? It comes in a floor lamp option as well. Other outdoor items I included are the two pillows in the upper right corner, and the pouf at the bottom.
  • The console table has a marble top. Marble and brass are always get a thumbs up in my book.
  • The sofa here has brass legs, but if you're more into brushed silver, that's an option as well.
  • The succulent at the bottom is faux (but very real-looking) - perfect for those of you who consider yourselves plant-killers, but would love to have some greenery in the house. :)

I feel like I say this every week, but it is so hard to choose just a few things to include in my favorite picks. Sign me up for a few of those colorful bowls to add to my everyday white dishes, or that big ole teak framed floor mirror for my bedroom.  I'd love to have every one of these pieces in my home!

Have wonderful weekends, friends!
